Waters, Lucille Seibert age 94, of Crystal, passed away on Feb. 10, 2006. She is survived by her son, John Gordon Waters (Nicole) of CA; daughter, Jennifer Waters of CA; two special nieces, Janet & Nicole Seibert of Crystal; sister in-law, Laura Seibert of PA; brother, Frank Seibert of KY; other relatives and friends. Per her wishes, no services.
