Rossow, Lynn Carol On Thursday, March 26th, 2015 my best friend died of cancer. Her name was Lynn Rossow, but she was also known as Lynnie, Mom, Grandma, Friend, Artist and Counselor. Best of all she was also known as my wife. I'm Jerry Rossow. Lynn was born in 1945 in Detroit and was adopted by Earl and Phyllis Wesley (both deceased) when she was 9 days old. Lynn and I met and were married in 1967 and had four wonderful kids. Even as a young mother she added to her teaching degree by graduating from United Seminary, becoming a professional in personality typologies and supporting countless people with her spirit, her energy and her loving wisdom. She leaves behind son Brian (Shari) Rossow and grandsons Jack and Will, son Steve (Betsy) Rossow/Thompson and granddaughter Susana, son Mark (Carla) Rossow, and daughter Becky (Sean) Rossow/Tubridy. She made us a happy family, and she made me the luckiest man ever! A Celebration of Lynn's Life will be held at The University Club, 420 Summit Avenue on Monday, April 6th at 2:00 PM. Memorials are preferred to Gilda's Club Twin Cities, a place for cancer support.
