Jerry D. Hilgren

Hilgren Jerry D., DVM, MS; age 69, of White Bear Lake on June 26, 2002. Preceded in death by parents, Hjalmar and Gertrude; and brother, Dennis. Survived by wife of 39 years, Mary; children, Beth (Jason) Drobnick, John (Renee), Robert (Loralei) and Dr. Joan Kelly; grandchildren, Nate and Mitchell Drobnick, Sean and Katherine Hilgren and Preston, Alex, Miriah and Dustin Hilgren; brothers, Carold (Lucille) and Larro (Darlene); and sister, Janice (John) Tennyson. Jerry was an Associate Professor at the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota and co-founder of the Apache Animal Hospital. Funeral service Saturday 11:00 AM at THE HOLCOMB-HENRY-BOOM NORTH CHAPEL, 515 Highway 96 at Mackubin, Shoreview. Visitation one hour before service.
