Harder Dorothy M., age 86, of Chanhassen, formerly of Washington, D.C., passed away on June 22, 2002 after a valiant battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Born May 16, 1916 in Milwaukee, WI to Martin A. and Martha Wilhelm Harder. Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Trudy Stahman; and brother, Pat Harder. Survived by sisters, Virginia Harder and Marjorie Hoyt; and many devoted nieces and nephews. Retired after 34+ years of employement with the Federal Government where she made many devoted friends. She enjoyed several overseas assignments and the friends and cultures that she became acquainted with in her travels. As an accomplished organist, she devoted countless hours of musical service to her church and community. She will always be remembered as a talented, loving and unselfish sister, aunt and loyal friend. Services at 1:00 PM Monday, July 1, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 9700 Nesbitt Ave., Blooming- ton, MN, with visitation at 12:00. Visitation Sunday, June 30 from 3-5 PM at Washburn-McReavy Eden Prairie Chapel, 7625 Mitchell Rd. (1 blk N. of Hwy. 5). Interment Tues., July 2, at Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI.
