Wendt Hazel J., age 70, of Chanhassen passed away on June 24, 2002 due to complications from lung cancer. Preceded in death by parents and one brother. Survived by husband, Jerome; daughter & son-in-law, Caroline & Steve Melberg of Orono; brother, Harold Burroughs of KY; sister-in-law, Kay Burroughs of Austin, MN; nieces and nephews; loyal pet and companion, Tasha. Mass of Christian Burial TODAY at 10 am, St John the Baptist Catholic Church, 680 Mill St, Excelsior (952-474-8868) with visitation one hour prior to service at church.
