Nels R. Kotila

Kotila Nels R., age 81, passed away June 19 at Dassel Lakeside Nursing Home. Nels was born March 6, 1921 in Cokato Township to Oscar and Hilma (Kupso-Kutti) Kotila. He is survived by wife, Ardyce (Morris) Kotila; children, Karen (Larry) Goga, Kathleen (Delmond) Young, Susan (Chuck) Hutchins, Ruth (Darrel) Miller and Mark (Joan) Kotila; brothers & sisters; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Services will be held at North Crow River Church Monday, June 24 at 11:00 AM. Visitation at Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Cokato Sunday night from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with prayer service at 7:00 PM. Interment Cokato Finnish Cemetery.
