Betty J. Pearson

Pearson Betty J., age 80, longtime resident of Duluth, passed away July 14, 2003 while at the Chris Jensen Health & Rehabilitation Center, Duluth. On June 30, 1950 Betty married Clarence E. Pearson. She taught Health & PhyEd for 42 years, retiring in 1982 after 39 years at Duluth Central High School where she also served as cheerleader advisor. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer & Ruth McClintock; 3 brothers, Darwin, Allen & Lyle. She is survived by her loving husband, Clarence; sisters-in-law, Sharon McClintock, Joyce Elder and Jane McClintock; and other relatives and friends. Memorial service 11:00 AM Thursday at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church of Plymouth, 12235 Old Rockford Road, Plymouth, MN. Arrangements by Johnson-Crawford Funeral & Cremation Service, Duluth.
