Gary John Schilling

Schilling Gary John, age 66, of Wascott, WI, died Monday, July 7, 2003 in Rochester, MN. He was born Feb. 5, 1937 in Minnesota, the son of Archie & Marvel (Bakken) Schilling. He worked for Northern States Power Co. for over 35 years, retiring in 1993. Gary is survived by Karen, his loving wife of 46 years, Wascott, WI; sons, John Schilling, Plymouth, MN and Joel Schilling, Motley, MN; daughters, Jane (Brian) Mikkelson, Plymouth, MN, Joan (Curt) Wilcox, Minong, WI, Sarah (Tooter) Haakenson, Gordon, WI, and Susan (Matt) Quigley, Rice Lake, WI; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; mother, Marvel Schilling, Rice Lake, WI; brother, Jim (Diane) Schilling, Hayward, WI; sister, Barbara Lindgren, MN; and many nephews & nieces. Preceded in death by father, Archie Schilling. Mass of Christian Burial 12 noon Friday, July 11 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Solon Springs, WI. Visitation at church Friday from 11 AM until time of service. Interment, Wascott Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family who will send them in Gary's name to the Hope Lodge of Rochester, MN. Arr. Brown Funeral Home, Solon Springs, WI.
