Survivors include wife Darcy; son Tom (& Kristy); daughter Amy Mach; mother Arlene Mach; sisters Laura Lee (& Earl) Haddad, Sheila (& Dave) Haines; and brother Jim (& Debrah). Preceded in death by father Robert and brother Michael. Wake 3-9 PM Monday at Bruzek Funeral Home (952-758-4949), Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tues, St. Wenceslaus Church, New Prague. Memorials preferred.
