Garon Ethel H., age 90. Born 1/29/12 in Duluth, MN. Died 6/3/02 on her wedding anniversary. Preceded in death by husband, Bert Garon; brother, Julius Horwitz. Survived by daughter, Arlis Grossman (Erwin); sons, Allan Garon (Nanci), and Lyle Garon (Elaine); grandchildren, Beth Grossman (Storrs Hoen), Steve Grossman (Melissa), David Grossman (Lori Lickteig), Jeff Garon (Cheryl), Tammi Stein (Jeff), Stacy Sciarra (Richard) and 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Nathan Horwitz (Ruth); brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sherman and Lorraine Garon, Helen Garon, Harriet Ruben and Alyce Horwitz, and many loving nieces, nephews, and relatives. Our special appreciation to Sholom West staff and caregivers, Beth Honey Bea, Kadie, Alice and Alicia. Memorial services will be held at 9 AM on Thursday, June 6 at Sholom Home West, 3620 Phillips Parkway followed by graveside services in Duluth at 1:30 PM.
