Burt 'Bookie' Malinsky

Malinsky, Burt "Bookie" age 86, of St. Louis Park, passed away January 30, 2015. Preceded in death by spouse, Rona; parents, Wolf & Hannah Malinsky, and parents-in-law, Sam & Celia Slater; sisters, Helen Gelb and Jeanette Herson; brother, Samuel; brother-in-law, Sid Tarshish. Survived by daughters, Lori & Wendy; poodle, Kitzel; sister, Roz Tarshish & family; sister-in-law, Harriet Newman; numerous nieces & nephews. Heartfelt thanks for the devotion, mitzvot, & tireless support given to Burt & his "girls" by Bob & Jeanette Eisenberg & nephew, Jon Tarshish (Cindy). Much gratitude to friend & nurse, Gail Miller, who made Burt's passing peaceful, & to caretakers, Tanya, Deb, & Sue. Funeral service MONDAY 10 AM, UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY CHAPEL, 70 1/2 & Thomas Ave., Richfield.
