Katherine Ann Gehan

Gehan, Katherine Ann age 58, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Jean and Mark Gehan. Survived by brothers, Mark (Lucy), John (Sara Stedman), Tom, and sisters, Mary Hurley (Pat), Ann (Bill Shoemaker), and Jane (John Wright). Katie will be especially missed by her beloved nieces and nephews, Mark Hurley, Mark and Allie Gehan, Sam, Jim and Mary Shoemaker, Nora and Jack Gehan, Florence and Rose Wright, all of whom she helped care for during their preschool years. Katie attended Visitation Convent, and Christ Child School. Working with and caring for children was Katie's passion until health concerns made such work impossible. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 11:00 am with visitation 30 minutes prior in the Chapel at Carondelet Village, 525 Fairview Avenue South, St. Paul. Memorials preferred to the ARC Greater Twin Cities.
