Stageberg Helen M. Stageberg, age 78 of Mpls, died peacefully in her sleep on August 11, 2005. Preceded in death by son, Jimmy; parents Frank and Margaret Michael; brother, John Michael. Helen will be sadly missed by her children, Beth (Larry) Forbord, Frank (Sandra) Stageberg, Lucy Stageberg (Pat Gherity), Jane Stageberg (Tim Bade), Sally (Doug) Adams, Anne (Tom) O'Keefe; grandchildren, Max, Sammi, Simon, Claudia, Jane, Joe, Abigail, Franklin, Clayton, Charlie, Matt, and Michael; sister, Fran Folsom; former husband James Stageberg; and her extended family at Pioneer Estates of Eden Prairie. Helen will be remembered for her great sense of humor, being incredibly generous and kind, her love of travel, excellent cooking, and gift and love for music, but took the most delight in her children and grandchildren. We will miss her greatly but are comforted to know Jesus now has one more soprano for His heavenly choir. Memorial Mass of celebration of Helen's life will be held Monday, 6 PM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5029 Zenith Ave S, Mpls with visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church with reception to follow.
