Paugh Everett Lapham, age 83, passed away at his home of over two decades in Edina on August 7, 2005. He was born in Anoka, but spent 40 years of his life in Illinois, where he was a member of the Morrison Telephone Company and Alltel Telephone. Everett served in the China-Burma-India Theater during WW II and was a charter member of the Memorial Planning Committee and was active in CBI. Ev was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lola Weston. He leaves his son, Steven of Kansas City; daughters, Loralea (Joe) Kniery of Bloomington, IL and Cathy (Mike) McKay of McKinney, TX and 5 grandchildren, Greg (Christine), Carolyn, Julia, Amy (Mike) Gehan, and Laurie; his brother, Don of AZ. At home, where he lived fully and joyfully with the loving care of the Boelter family, he leaves Marjorie & her 4 children, Lorrie (Peter) Pesheck, John (Barb) Boelter, Rob (Michelle) Boelter, Lisa (Tom) Lapka and grandchildren, Matthew, Betsy (Jason), Justin, Shannon, Lindsay, Katie, Annie and Bill. He will never be forgotten and his many inventions will always put a smile on our faces. Private memorial services are planned. Cremation Society of MN Edina 952-924-4100
