Kagan Ann Garelick, loving mother, grandmother and sister, age 87, of St. Paul. Preceded in death by son, Lloyd Hallfin; brother, Saul Garelick and husbands, Duke Hallfin and Dave Kagan. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Joni & Neil Yarmo, Wendy & Jim Drake; son, Steve Kagan; brother and sister-in-law, Joe & Eileen Garelick; sister-in-law, Charlotte Garelick; grandchildren, David and Lori Behr, Logan Hallfin and many nieces and nephews.
