Survived by children, Carolyn, Terry (Susie), Joanne Nelson, Lisa (Tim) Ward, Tom (Alicia) and Jay; grandchildren, David, Adam, Jim, Lynn, Ryan, Kelly, Lauren, Allison and Evan; also many loving friends.
