Ferry Martha H. "Peggy" Ferry, age 88, of Mpls, formerly of Tempe, AZ and Delano, MN, passed way July 18. Preceded in death by husband, Charles; parents, 8 brothers and sisters. Survived by children, Carla Marie, Ruth, Mary (Bill), Alice "Ali", Chuck (Jenny), David and Elizabeth; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, 2 brothers, nieces, nephews and friends. Peggy was an active member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Delano and Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Tempe, AZ. She implemented and ran the school lunch programs at both churches. She was a foster mother to many children. A special thanks to her granddaughter, Carrie Hanson, and the loving staff at North Ridge (Bridgeway South) for the care given to Peggy.
