Loretta F. Sykes

Sykes Loretta F. ``Johnie'' age 81, of Elk River. Died peacefully on May 31, 2002 after a long struggle with Parkinson's. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold; grandson, Matthew Aldridge; brother, Bruce Johnson and infant sister. Survived by her loving children, Darrell (Maureen), Cheryl March, Monte (Linda), Randy (Cindy), Marla Sykes and Wendy Sykes; 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brothers, Robert W. (Marylou) Johnson, Donald (Virginia) Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A very loving wife, mother, grandmother and special friend, she will be deeply missed. Memorial service 11 am Monday at Elk River United Methodist Church, 1304 Main St. Interment Ft.
