Berge Oscar, age 83, of New Hope. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Stella; sister, Margie Detjen and nephew, John Detjen. Survived by sister, Sylvia Boelter of Phoenix, AZ; nieces, Dianne Holte of Edina and Cheryl Boelter of Phoenix, AZ; great-nieces and nephews, Kelly (Darin) Jones & family, Jeff (Carisa) Halter & family, Jon (Gina) Halter & family, and Michelle (Rick) Keranan & family; and also 8 great-great-nieces & nephews & many friends. Visitation Thursday, 4-7 pm at the Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd. in Brooklyn Center and at church 1/2 hour prior to funeral.
