Imogene Ardis Overson

Overson Imogene Ardis, 74, of Starbuck, MN & Mesa, AZ on Thurs., May 23 at St. Cloud Hospital. Preceded in death by her parents, Hilmer & Nora Opheim and her special son, Gregory. Survived by her husband, Aleck, and sons, John (Patty), Paul (Mollie) and Reno (Debbra). Grandmother to Jason & Kristine, Scott & Brian, and Lisa & Taylor. Also survived by her brother, David Opheim (JoAnn); and many loving relatives & friends. Gene was a woman of great faith and devotion to her family. On the morning of her death she proclaimed ``I'm in a win-win situation. If I die, I get to be with my son. If I live, I get to stay with my family!'' Visitation will be held at the Starbuck Funeral Home on Monday, May 27 from 5-8 PM. Funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 28 at 11 AM at Fron Lutheran Church, in Starbuck, MN. Interment will be at Fron Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Fron Lutheran Church or Minnewaska Lutheran Home in Starbuck.
