Oxendale Richard Allen, age 46, of Duluth, formerly of Brooklyn Park, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2002 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Memorial service Saturday, May 18, 2002 at 2:30 pm in the Cremation Society of Minnesota Chapel, Duluth. Gathering of friends will take place one hour prior to the service. Burial in Ft.
