Johnson Lyle V., died Sat., May 11, 2002 at his residence of natural causes. He was born on Oct 24, 1947 in Anoka, MN and received his education in the area. Following high school he went on to attend and graduated from San Jose State. In 1977 he moved to Sioux Falls and began to drive cab for Yellow Cab Company. Lyle was presently working as a dispatcher for Yellow Cab. Lyle enjoyed camping, fishing and watching sports and especially was a fan of the Minnesota Vikings. He also liked music, singing and playing the harmonica. His other interests included playing poker and cribbage. Survivors include his sons, Jason, Tony, Jay, Tim & Peter; daughters, Angie & Amanda; grandsons, Ian & Kyle; brothers, Charlie, Dale & Dorin; sisters, Judy & Mardene. Services will be 10 AM Saturday at Miller Funeral Home Main Ave. location, Sioux Falls, SD. Visitation will be at 12 Noon Fri. with the family present from 7-8 PM at Miller Funeral Home.
