Westman Evelyn N. Mangan, age 91, of Andover. Preceded in death by first husband, Richard J. Mangan, after 39 years of marriage and son, Jerome Mangan. Survived by husband, Walter Westman, of 25 years; son, Norman Mangan of Duluth; daughters, Jerelyn Flom of Lindstrom, Joanne Houle (Paul) of Andover, Corinne Esch (Greg) of Brooklyn Park; stepsons, David Westman of Mpls, Dr. Charles Westman of Shoreview and Douglas Westman of St. Paul; 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews. Licensed cosmetologist of 50 years, retired. Member of N.C.A. and M.C.A. Past president of Style Regions, Duluth & St. Paul affiliates. Participated in the development of the 1st Cavalry Chapter of MN. She was a matriarch of love for all. Mass of Resurrection 10 AM Saturday at Epiphany Catholic Church, 1900 101st Ave NW, Coon Rapids. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
