Borgen Carl B., age 85, of Brooklyn Center. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol; and a brother, Earl. He is survived by sons, Mark Borgen and Wayne Halverson; a brother, John Borgen; and 1 sister, Alice Stauffacher; also 1 granddaughter, Susan Borgen.
