Survived by sons, Charles, Russell and Robert; daughter, Lisa; and grandson, Christopher; parents Janet and Russell and other loving relatives and friends. President of Russell Smith Associates and former Hennepin County Commissioner. Funeral service Wed., 2 pm at Wayzata Community Church, 125 E.
