Frank Wm. Smith

Smith Frank Wm. Smith, age 93, a 73 year resident of the Mpls area, died unexpectedly on May 28, 2003. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys; daughter, Jeaninne; and sisters, Gladys and Emma. Survived by loving children, Dwayne, Roger, and Bonnie Yurch; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; niece, Nancy Stejskal; and friend, Shirley. Frank served both as president and vice president of Brooklyn Park Senior Club for many years. He loved working with the United Blind of MN for over 50 years and was still active with them. An active member of Waterford Estates and a beloved friend to all who knew him. A 50 year member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Mpls. A 20 year member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church of Brooklyn Park, and a proprietor for 40 years of Smith Office Supply. Service Monday, 11 AM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 7217 W. Broadway, Brooklyn Park. Visitation Sunday, 4:30-7:30 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Ctr & also 1 hr. prior to service at church. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.
