Beardsley, Sharon Ruth (Olson) Age 74 of Minnetonka, MN, born in Summit, South Dakota, died of cancer peacefully in her home surrounded by her three daughters and her loving dog Bernie. Sharon was a world class epicurean, lover of folk art, world traveler, dog park friend, and a longtime volunteer, including time at Methodist Hospital, Sojourner Women's Shelter and the ICA Food Shelf. Preceded in death by her loving husband of fifty years, John, and brother, Calvin (Barbara). Survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Sprain (Paul), Alison Mezzenga (Ray Beasley), and Leslie Yetka (Christopher); grandchildren, Justin Mezzenga, Lauren Hlavac, Benjamin and Katherine Yetka; brother Darwin (Angie). Memorials preferred to the ICA Food Shelf, 12990 Saint Davids Road, Minnetonka, MN 55305. Memorial service at a later date.
