Albert R. Emrich

Emrich, Albert R. 1930-2014, of Woodbury. Sadly, on December 16, Albert's big, kind and generous heart stopped beating. He is mourned by Helga, his wife of 55 years; daughters, Gudrun (Aloke Guha), Sigrid (Paul Connors); and his grandchildren, Anika, Mira, Peter, Marina and Laura; as well as his sister Helga; and many other relatives and friends. Albert was preceded in death by his son, Harald. Albert worked as an engineer for 3M Comp. for 32 years. First for International Division, which required much traveling overseas, then for the Domestic Tape Division. Albert enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, classical music, as his neighbors can testify, traveling for fun, hiking, gardening, and bird watching. He will be deeply missed.
