Thomas L. Beltrand

Beltrand Thomas L., Sr., 74, passed away on Fri, May 3, 2002. He was born Aug. 7, 1927 in Mpls. A graduate of De La Salle High School class of 1944 and served in the U.S. Navy. Tom with his wife and children established Tom's Barbeque in Bryan and College Station in 1971. Tom was a resident of College Station since 1971 formerly of Houston. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Matilda Beltrand and brother, Robert Beltrand. He is survived by his spouse, Connie Beltrand of College Station; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary L. and Tim Carney of Bryan, Nancy and Howard (Skip) Tewell of Harlingen; sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas L. and Pamela Beltrand Jr. of College Station, Daniel C. and Clare Beltrand of College Station; grandchildren; Thomas and Trevor Carney, Allison and Joshua Tewell, Heather, Blake and Austin Bletrand, Mike, Chris and Scott Coulson and Kelly Barry; brothers and sister-in-law, Donald Beltrand of Queens Valley, AZ, John and Jackie Beltrand of College Station; sister, Collette Palmquist of Mpls and numerous nephews and nieces. Funeral Mass Mon., May 6, 2002 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 10 AM.
