Weiger Clifford Oliver, formerly Of St. Paul, MN, residing since retirement in Mesa, AZ. Survived by wife, Thelma (nee Hughart); son, Richard (Karen) of Oakdale, MN; daughters, Ellen (Bruce Korb) of Santa Cruz, CA, Jane (David Wallin) of Torrance, CA; 7 grandchildren, Boyd, Daren, Clinton Weiger, Rebekah, Benjamin, Erik Nathaniel Wallin; 2 great-granddaughters, Kaytlin and Erin Weiger. Clif grew up on the East Side and graduated from Johnson High School in 1930, worked at Minnesota Mutual Life prior to World War II, and during the war served in the Naval Air Transport Service. Spent 37 years with Northwest Airlines, retiring as Director of Facilitations in 1975. He was NWA's representative to the FAA and CAB. An avid golfer, he was a member of the St. Paul Pioneer Press Hole-IN-One Hall of Fame. He will be sadly misssed by his entire family and friends.
