Arthur M. Nelson

Nelson Arthur M., age 80, of Inver Grove Heights, on May 14, 2003. Retired St. Paul City Attorney after 34 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, the Honorable Martin A. and Merle Nelson, and stepdaughter, Shawn Reeves. He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Barbara; daughter, Theresa Nelson; stepdaughter, Sheryl Turner; sister, Enid Belting; sister- in-law, Sharon Turner; brothers-in-law, Norbert (Linda) Turner, Gene and Vernon (Judy) Turner. Funeral services 11 AM Tuesday at O'HALLORAN & MURPHY FUNERAL CHAPEL (575 S. Snelling Ave., St. Paul) 651-698-0796. Visitation 9-11 AM Tuesday prior to services. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
