Patricia 'Patti' (Clark) Kjelstad

Kjelstad, Patricia Clark "Patti" age 72, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 in her Andover, MN home. Born in Wausau, WI to David Clark and Patricia Everest, Patti lived her life with a loving and compassionate heart, a dedication to family and friends, and a great sense of humor. She was a "second mom" to many. Patti worked at Turck Multiprox for 30+ years, retiring officially in 2013. While at Turck, Patti forged many friendships which she cherished.Patti found joy in spending time with friends and family, playing computer games to keep her brain sharp, and traveling to Alaska. Patti was preceded in death by her brother John McPherson, step-father John A. McPherson, nephew John McPherson, mother Patricia Toomey McPherson, father David Clark Everest, Jr., and sister Pam Hutton. Patti is survived by her son Torrey (Shanon) Kjelstad of Andover, her daughter Tracy (John) Dean of Palmer, AK, six grandsons Daniel Monette, Bjorn Kjelstad, Hunter, Packer, Brigs, and Truman Dean and two great-grand-daughters Faith and Kylah (Daniel Monette). Patti is also survived by her brother Fred (Cathy) McPher-son, her sister Mary (Dennis) FitzPatrick, and nephews Jeff (Kelly) Hutton and David (Shannon) Hutton, her niece Kristin Benkoski and grand-nephew Matt Benkoski. The family would like to thank both Methodist Hospice, and caregiver Ellie Blaeser for their supportive care. A private burial will be held this summer. Per Patti's request, a life celebration will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers and memorials, Patti would want only for family and friends to give each other a hug.
