Bungert (Wreath) Rosella E., age 80, of Lindstrom, MN, formerly of Fridley, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2002 surrounded by family. Preceded in death by her mother, Alice Wreath; her sisters, Edith, Edna, Ruth, and Amy; her brothers, Harold, Herb, and Lester Wreath. She is survived by Joseph, her loving husband of 59 years; and children, Steven (many special friends), Marlee Eret (John), JoAnn Peloquin (David), Jill Johnson (Fred), Joseph Jr. (Karla), Jeffrey Nelson-Bungert (Tracey); 11 grandchildren, Harley (Amye), Kelly, Nicole, Joseph III, David, Andy, Rosie Beth, Kate, Thomas, Donyal, Ben, Sally Rose; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Brady, and Breck; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rosella was born in Ballantin, MN on November 30, 1921 to Alice and Albert Wreath. She was Rosie the Riveter during WWII, a champion speed-skater, a member of the Roosevelt HS orchestra, National Honor Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, and she played competitive softball. Although we will miss her beautiful smile and sunny spirit, she leaves a legacy of love and inspiration to be carried on in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She met the challenges of the last year of her life with humor, grace, and courage. We are so blessed to have had her love for 80 years.
