Nelson Herbert E., age 79, of Sioux Falls, SD, formerly of Sandstone and Mpls, MN. Born June 18, 1922. Passed away April 26, 2002. Preceded in death by wife, Marlene; parents, Albert & Naemi Nelson; and grandson, Dennis. Survived by son, Keith (Amy) of Mpls; daughters, Vicky Michels of Mpls and Colleen (Steve) Swenson of Sioux Falls, SD; brothers, Gordon (Dorothy) and Wilbert (Le); sisters, Louise Johnsen and Ruth (Rich) Carlson; grandchildren, Denice, Peter, Stephanie, Scott, Erika; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Thursday 12:30 p.m. at Werness Brothers Funeral Chapel with visitation Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and also 1 hr prior to service.
