Barbara J. Goracke

Goracke Barbara J., age 49, of Elk River, died on 4/21/02. Barb was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife and friend. She truly loved to help others, and even in her declining health, continued to be the spiritual and emotional thread that held the family together. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Barbie, I love you very much and will keep you in my heart for the rest of my life. Survived by husband, Don; daughter, Tina & friend Bob; sons, Joe and Jessy, all of Big Lake; parents, Ed & Sylvia Jandt of Big Lake; 2 granddaughters, Cassie and Mirianda; sisters, Dianna (Alan) Coash of Big Lake, Nancy (Dale) Schmidt of St. Paul; 3 nieces and 3 nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Jason. Funeral Thurs., 11 AM at Saron Lutheran Church, Big Lake. Visitation at the church from 10 to 11 AM. Interment Big Lake Cemetery.
