Survived by children, Ronda (Michael), Jennifer (Kevin) and Crystal (Darren) and by their mother, Cindy Kowarsch; grandchildren, Savanna, Anthony & Andrew; sisters, Catherine & Anna Dahir. Visitation 3-7 pm Sunday at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 S. Robert at Arion, West St. Paul. Memorial service Monday, 10 am at the funeral home. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Tom was a member of the N.R.A.
