Curtis J. Brettingen

Brettingen Curtis J., 52, passed away on May 5, 2003, while vacationing in Isla Muejeres, Mexico. He was born in Mpls., Minnesota on September 7, 1950. Curt is survived by his wife Valerie, of 34 years; mother, Shirley Anderson; daughters, Deana Caswell, Candice Karas; son, Jason Brettingen; 5 grandchildren; 1 brother; 5 sisters; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 10, 2003, at Union Congregational Church, 1118 - 4th Street, Elk River, Minnesota. Curt was the Owner/Operator of Installation Unlimited, providing installation and service of Commercial and Industrial Doors to the upper Midwest since 1981, and a member of Iron Workers Union Local 512. Curt loved vacationing, Scuba Diving in the Caribbean, Kayaking on Lake Superior, collecting antiques with his wife and working on projects around the house. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
