Stacy A. Egan

Egan Stacy A. Egan, age 35, of Burnsville, died May 1, 2003 after a 14-month battle with Leiomyo Sarcoma. It is Stacy's unbelievable example of how to live life, ferociously fight for life, and to end life, that will get us through the days, weeks, months and years to come. Preceded in death by grandfather, William Grobe, Jr.; grandparents, George and Mary Wise. Stacy is survived by husband, Mike; sons, Connor and Cullen; parents, Dick & Darliss Wise; sister, Kristin (Kyle) Ehmke; brother, Michael (Mary) Wise; sister, Sarah Wise; father- in-law, Robert Egan; mother-in-law, Mary Lee Egan; sisters-in-law, Emily and Anne Egan; brothers-in-law, Brendan and Brian Egan; nephew & godson Logan Ehmke; nephews, Griffin Wise and Nicholas Egan; nieces, Elizabeth Ehmke and Grace Wise; grandmother, Anna May Duden; numerous friends. Special thank you to Kris Husby, Judy McEiver, Linda Schnell and all the health care providers who helped care for Stacy. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, May 5, 2003, 10 AM at Church of the Risen Savior, 1501 County Road 42 East, Burnsville. Visitation Sunday, May 4 from 3-7 PM at the Ellis-Wise Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings, and one hour prior to service at the church.
