Wicklund William W. ``Bill'', age 64, of Bloomington, passed away April 7, 2002. Preceded in death by wife, Nancy. Survived by daughter, Cindy Lord & her children, Becky, David and Peter; sons, David & wife, Jan, and James; and sister, Jenille Weaver & husband, John. 30 year employee of Bloomington Public Works.
