Weyhrich Dale (Mr. Jeanne Maki). A celebration of Dale's life & ongoing legacy takes place TODAY, May 2, 2003, at 7 pm at TCOTC, 2101 Broadway Ave NE, Mpls (SW of the 35W/Stinson Blvd exit). Dogs are welcome, together with their human & other critter companions. The building is wheelchair-accessible & an ASL interpreter will be on hand. Dale, 60, a grad of Lake Benton MN HS `60, St. Olaf `64 & Valpo U Law School `72 & a Vietnam-era US Army vet ('67-'69, Ft. Campbell, KY), died unexpectedly but peacefully Apr. 19 at HennCoMedCtr. No flowers (spring is in bloom). Memorial donations received will go to a variety of peace-on-earth- building not-for-profits including Hearing & Service Dogs of MN; Helping Paws, Inc.; Sharing & Caring Hands; Habitat for Humanity; Friends of the Mpls Public Library; & the National Lutheran Choir. Dale's human cremains will be interred later at Ft. Snelling Nat'l Cemetery, arranged thru the Cremation Society of MN, (612-825-2435), who are ready to receive written &/or other tributes in Dale's honor.
