Bernard N. Petroskey

Petroskey Bernard Nicholas, age 89 of Robbinsdale died April 6th at home. Preceded in death by brothers, Edward, Stanley, and John Petroskey of Virgina; and two sons-in-law, Richard Erickson of Mtka, and Stanley Waalk of St. Louis Park. Survived by his loving wife and best friend of 68 years, Adeline; his daughters, Jean Erickson of Crosslake, Geraldine Waalk of St. Louis Park, Judylee (David) Hansen of Marco Island, FL.; sons, John (MaryJo) Petroskey of Burnsville, Bernard ``Boots'' (Diane) Petroskey of Pineville, LA; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jane Simonson of Buhl and Felicia Matkovich of Virginia; brother-in-law, Stanley (Eloise) Taylor of Mpls; many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was retired from Onans after 38 years. Member of the Onan Chorus for 19 years. He loved his gardens and flowers and sorely missed them after moving from his home of 38 years, just over a year ago. Memorial service Tuesday 2pm Gearty- Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 39th and West Broadway. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Private Interment.
