Suppan, Robert age 95, of Brooklyn Center. Passed away peacefully on 10/ 22/14. 55 year member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, a WW II Navy veteran and a 25-year employee of the University of Minnesota. A proud member of Sheet Metal Local #10 and an alumnus and night-school instructor at Dunwoody College of Technology. Preceded in death by wife, Martha; parents, Edward and Hilda, and brother, Richard Suppan. Survived by children, Steve Suppan (Bonnie Wittenburg), Shelley Weiss (Hob), David Suppan, and Karen Meister (Bill); 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Mirras (Col. Peter, Ret.); sister-in-law, Gerry Suppan; nieces and nephews. Service 11 AM Tuesday, October 28, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 710 E. Broadway, Osseo, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or North Memorial Hospice.
