Vernon T. Hughes

Hughes Vernon T., age 78, passed away on April 22, 2003. Preceded in death by sister, Ardel; brothers, Harry and Arnie. He is survived by wife, Louise; and children, David, Chuck, Rick, Lori (Andy) Monson, Ron; and 8 grandchildren; also sister, Lucille; and brothers, Orville, Earl, and Dale. Vern was retired from NSP and was active in the Knights of Columbus, youth hockey, and his church. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He dedicated his life to his family. Mass of Christian burial 10 AM Friday, April 25th at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 707 89th Ave NE, Blaine (763-784- 1329). Visitation 6-9 PM Thursday evening at the Miller Funeral Home, 6210 NE Hwy 65, Fridley, and in church Friday 1 hour prior to Mass. Parish prayer service 7 PM Thursday in funeral chapel.
