Capp (Dybsetter) Lou Dybsetter Capp, 89, of Canby. Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wed., April 16 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Porter, with Pastor Katherine Rodd officiating. Burial will be in the Wergeland Cemetery, rural Porter. Visitation from 4-8 PM Tuesday at the Birk Funeral Home in Canby. Prayer service at 7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Dybsetter died on Sunday, April 13 at the Senior Haven Nursing Home in Canby. Lou was born on Oct. 3, 1913 in Wergeland Township near Porter to Albert H. and Stina (Nerby) Thovson. She graduated from Canby High School in 1931. She and Edwin Dybsetter were married at the Minneota parsonage on June 19, 1937. They farmed in the Porter community for 41 years. Edwin passed away Feb. 15. 1982. Lou married George Capp on Jan. 15, 1983 in Bellflower, CA. George passed away on April 7, 1998. Lou is survived by her children, Larry (Bev) Dybsetter of Porter, Doug (Linda) Dybsetter of Eagan, Gary (Joni) Dybsetter of Yankton, SD and Karen (Jerry) Cleveland of St. Louis Park, MN; stepson, Steve (Cheryl) Capp of New Ulm; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grand-children; and a step-granddaughter; 3 sisters, Charlotte Lein of Portland, OR, Nella Dunn of Canby and Delores (Ray) Aupperle of Minnetonka, MN; 2 brothers, Wilfred Thovson of Sioux Falls, SD and Sanny (Dorothy) Thovson of Porter.
