He is preceded in death by his parents, Moses and Fannie Katz; brothers and sister-in-law, Sydney and Frances Katz, Larry Kane; sister and brother-in-law, Claire and David Seidenberg; sons-in-law, Sidney Barnes, Hy Weingarden. Survived by wife, Annabelle; daughter, Sharon (Donald) Perwien, St. Louis Park; son, Charles (Lynda) Katz, Brooklyn Park; grandchildren, Randall Weingarden, AZ, Melanie (Allen) Stiles, Champlin, David Katz, CA, Steven (Nancy) Katz, VA, Richard (Mary Ann) Katz, CO; great-grandchildren, Samantha and Shawn Stiles; brother, Ben (Mimi) Kaitz, Mpls; sisters-in-law, Helen Kane, St. Louis Park, Florence Levy, Edina & Bernice Mintz, St. Louis Pk; many nieces and nephews.
