Adeline T. Lyons

Lyons Adeline T. Lyons, age 96, formerly of Sun City, AZ, Eden Prairie, MN and most recently Seal Beach, CA, passed away March 10, 2003 with her daughter at her side. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold; and her grandson, Kevin. Adeline was the last survivor of the Riedle family of Appleton, WI. She is survived by her son, Eugene "Pat" Lyons & wife Mary of Overland Park, KS; daughter, Elizabeth "Beth" & husband John Retterath of Seal Beach, CA (formerly of Eden Prairie, MN); grandchildren, Tim & Rory Lyons of KS, Rand Retterath of Mpls., Bill Retterath of Brookings, SD and Dave Retterath of Chanhassen, Lori Lindahl of Eden Prairie; and great-grandchildren. After raising her family, she pursued her dream of art and became a world class artist in oils, china and watercolor. Her patience and determination in her pursuit of her dream was an inspiration to us all. Private Memorial Service to be held on her 97th Birthday, Thursday, April 17th at 1:00 PM, Pax Christi Catholic Community in Eden Prairie. Interment at The Cathedral Church of St. Mark's in Minneapolis, MN.
