Etzwiler Donnell D. Etzwiler, M.D., age 76, of Bloomington, passed away April 6, 2003, of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Pediatric endocrinologist, Founder and President (1967-1997) of the International Diabetes Center. Survived by wife, Helen; children, Nancy Etzwiler (Daniel O'Neill), Lisa Etzwiler (Randall Clary), Diane Etzwiler (Robert Thallon) and David Etzwiler (Sarah Truesdell); and eight grandchildren. Memorial service Friday, April 11 at 5:30 PM at Plymouth Congregational Church, 19th and Nicollet Avenue S., Mpls., 55403. Reception to follow at church. Private interment.
