Doris Wind

Wind Doris ``Jeanne'', born Aug 2, 1941 in St. Louis, MO, passed into eternal grace on March 30, 2002, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Preceded in death by mother and father, Adele & Charles Kuring, and father-in-law, Cletus Wind. Survived by husband of 38 years, William of St. Louis, daughter and son-in-law, Denise & Greg Swanson of Inver Grove Heights, daughter, Lisa Wind of Eagan; grandchildren, Connor, Grant, and Meg; sister and brother-in-law, Gloria & Jack Overturf of St. Louis, mother-in-law, Elaine Wind of St. Louis, many other loving family members and friends. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Rivers' staff in Burnsville. Special thanks to Fairview Riverside Unit 3A, Augustana Lutheran Home, and Hospice of the Twin Cities for their compassion, generosity and humanity. Services to be held in Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association of the Twin Cities.
