Rogge Evelyn L., age 72, of Spring Lake Park, passed away March 13, 2002. Preceded in death by parents, Howard & Elsie Wells; and husband, Robert L. Survived by 1 sister, Mildred; twin brothers, Richard and Howard; 2 sons, William and Brian (Judy); 2 grandchildren, Kira and Russell; many other relatives and friends; and 106 of the best amateur baseball umpires in Minnesota.
