White Dr. John Franklin, Ph.D., age 68, of Minnetonka. Retired college and university administrator, a Fulbright scholar. Member of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Board member of the Minnesota Genealogical Society and Friends of Ridgedale Library. Survived by his wife, Judith; children, Melissa White & her husband Scott Williams; son, Justin; granddaughter, Carinna White Williams; brothers, Frederick (Ruth) White and Richard White; nieces, LuAnn White. Service Monday, 12 noon at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 36th & Hennepin Ave., Mpls. Visitation Sunday, 5- 8 pm at Washburn-McReavy Strobeck Johnson Chapel, 1400 Mainstreet, Hopkins.
